Given that the services provided by DoctorSender are paid on a prepaid basis, the contracted amount will only be returned within a maximum period of 15 days from the contracting date, as long as the client has not used the services of the platform.

If during these first 15 days, the client has only partially used the services of the platform without actually using all the available credit, remaining credit shall not be refundable, since the price of the services is calculated based on the contracted volumes (the higher the volume, the lower the price).

After the first 15 days from the contracting, Dr Sender will not proceed to refund any amount, leaving the contracted credit available to the client for a maximum period of one year.
